The company is a holding of several dozen special purpose vehicles conducting developer and building activity. The building activity is focused on constructing housing units and business premises as well as on selling and managing the built real estates. It is present in seven Polish cities: Warsaw, Wroclaw, Poznan, Gdansk, Cracow, Opole and Polanica Zdroj. It is the only developer, whose activity may be considered all-Poland.
The future leader of developer trade was starting his business adventure from financial activity (currency exchange offices). Today Gant Development SA is a company hiring several hundred people. It runs successfully the all-Poland activity, being systematically kept at the forefront of the biggest developer companies. It specializes in popular-segment flats, being however familiar with prestigious investments such as restoration of an own tenement located at the Market Square of Wroclaw, where it offers prestigious office premises and apartments. The company successfully realized a dozen or more housing and commercial investments, including the modernized and opened in 2008 MARINO Trade Center in Wroclaw. The company’s brand is the most recognizable among developer companies of Lower Silesia.
