Mr. Karol Antkowiak is a graduate of Teachers College in Legnica. In the years 1986 – 1989 he was a teacher in Primary School in Jawor. In the years 1990 - 1993 he ran his own business of the purchase and sale of foreign exchange.Started working for GANT in 1993.

In the years 1996 - 2001 he served as the CEO of the company GANT S.A. Next  4 years, since 2006, he was a Member of the Board in the above-mentioned company.  With the decision of the Supervisory Board, from 2010 to the present he has been taking a position of CEO in company GANT DEVELOPMENT S.A.

Additionally Mr. Karol Antkowiak  is a Chairman of the Board of companies: JUWAR Sp.z o.o., KAPELANKA Sp.z o.o., BUDOPOL-RACŁAWICKA Sp.z o.o.

At the moment, Mr. Karol Antkowiak functions as member of  other companies comprising the Group GANT DEVELOPMENT.
In addition, since 2007 he is the major shareholder and  functions as a proxy in the company CHART-MEDIA Sp. z o. o.
