A graduate of the Engineering and Economics Industry Department of the Wrocław University of Economics. Ms Berg is an engineer and a graduate of the Economics and Management department. Ms Berg is also a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics in Warsaw (Goodwill Management specialisation). Ms Berg is qualified as a certified auditor and internal auditor. She has extensive experience in the accounting, financing and auditing of companies listed on the stock exchange and non-public companies, experience in preparing the issuing prospectus and launching companies on the stock exchange, in providing advice on accounting and finances, due diligence, and assessment of financial forecasts. She is the author of publications on financial accounting, audit and controlling (“Rzeczpospolita”, “Monitor Rachunkowości i Finansów”, “Gazeta Prawna”, “Controlling”). She worked in controlling departments and was the chief accountant for companies operating in various sectors of the economy. For three years she worked for BDO Numerica (formerly BDO Sp. z o.o.) as a Senior Audit Manager. She has been a member of the Management Board of Gant S.A. since 10 June 2007.
